There will be three hearings to attend on Wednesday; one focuses on a support agenda item for Homes for All. The second one is a hearing which includes four proposals from the Homes for All bill. The third hearing will focus on This is Medicaid.
10:15 a.m. — Hearing on MN Tax Credit Contribution Fund
Location: Room 200 of the State Office Building
Tax Credit Contribution Fund bill (H.F. 4072)
Please consider attending a hearing in the House Taxes Committee in Room 200 of the State Office Building; this is likely our only hearing in a House Committee and it is critical to our continued momentum.
3 p.m. — Hearing on Homes for All Agenda
Location: Room 1150 of the Senate Building
Homes for All has four bills being heard in this committee. A bill supporting Tax Exempt Bond Enhancements (S.F. 3700), a companion bill to the tax credit contribution fund which is the bill being heard at 10:15 a.m. (S.F. 3301), and the MHFA appropriations: S.F. 3238 will be heard at 3 pm in the Senate Agriculture, Rural Development, and Housing Finance Committee.

S.F. 3301 | Nelson | Minnesota housing tax credit contribution fund, income tax credit, and appropriation. |

S.F. 3238 | Dziedzic | Housing finance agency (HFA) rental assistance for mentally ill, homework starts with home and local housing trust fund grants appropriations. |

Location: Room 200 State Office Building
This is Medicaid opposes H.F. 3722, a proposal that will cause a loss in health coverage for Minnesotans who need Medical Assistance. Medicaid requirements are costly, complex, bureaucratic, and will have unintended consequences for state and local government, healthcare providers, and Minnesotans receiving coverage from Medical Assistance in all corners of the state.
