Do you have a great workshop idea?
Please consider submitting a workshop proposal for the 2015 conference Strength in Difference: Innovation, Inclusion, and Individuality. It will be held in Duluth, MN on September 10th & 11th, 2015.
Sessions should meet the professional and personal development needs of program directors, front-line staff, people new to the work, and people living in deep poverty.
All workshop proposals are welcome and will be considered. We give special attention to those that incorporate the theme of this year’s conference: Strength in Difference: Innovation, Inclusion, and Individuality. Are you practicing cultural competency with program participants, staff/board, or community? What are you doing to be inclusive, to honor individual culture (informed by race, geography, veteran status, gender, age, interest, ability, etc.), to promote individuality, to encourage innovative collaboration? We want to hear from you!
Submit your workshop proposal by Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
